President

Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, giving her a grounding in how people think, communicate, and adapt to change. As President, she leads Ruby Canyon Partners' focus on the human side of every engagement — because a project succeeds or fails based on the people using it, not just the tool itself.

Justin Schaub

Vice President

25 years as a software engineer in aerospace. Master's in Computer Science from Arizona State University with a focus on cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Justin brings that technical depth to practical, real-world technology guidance for growing businesses.
